BAY MINETTE, Ala. — A Foley man convicted of first-degree sexual abuse has been indicted for failure to notify authorities of his residence near Magnolia Springs School between Aug. 8 and Aug. 17 and living in a residence with a minor.
James Lee Miller, 53, of Setter Circle, remains in Baldwin County Corrections Center on a $45,000 bail.
He was arrested Aug. 17 and indicted Dec. 28. Arraignment is scheduled Feb. 18 at the Baldwin County Courthouse in Bay Minette.
He was indicted for failure to register a residence with local authorities as a convicted sexual abuser, living within 2,000 feet of Magnolia Springs School, failing to provide the name and location of an employer and living in a residence with a minor, according to the indictment.
