Sirmon Farms hosted the Baldwin County 4-H summer camp this year on their last day of camp. Campers were able to see how they plant, harvest and prepare sweet and red potatoes to be sold at stores. The Sirmons even gifted every 4-H’er and chaperone a bag of potatoes.
