John Edmund Adams III, 54, born April 26, 1953 in Grovehill, a resident of Bon Secour, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2007 in Pensacola.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Merrilee Adams of Bon Secour; son, John M. Adams of Bon Secour; daughter, Melissa L. Adams of Bon Secour; two brothers, Peter T. Adams of Columbus, Ga., and David C. Adams of Gulf Shores; sister, Evelyn S. Adams of Lafayette, La.; his mother, Nanelle Trice Adams of Grovehill; and his father John E. Adams Jr. of Grovehill.
Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. with funeral services at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2 at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley.
