Alabama Gulf Coast Chamber asks for BP oil spill claims results

Posted

Dear Chamber Members,

We are continuing to try to gather information regarding the payments on the Gulf Coast Claims Facility process.

If you have received payment on your claim, and it is significantly less than your documented request, we would like to know. We are extremely concerned with the low amounts that we are hearing about.

If you don’t mind giving me your claim number and the amount you requested and the amount you received, I will send that information up the line to Ken Feinberg through an authorized channel. The more we can send to him the better. There is no guarantee that your claim will be adjusted, but unless we have specific cases to refer to, our complaints are strictly anecdotal.

You may email your information directly to me at president@alagulfcoastchamber.com.

Please help us to help you.
