Albert Dewey “Dick” Griggers, 83, of Foley, passed away on May 2, 2013.
Mr. Griggers was a United States Navy veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Griggers.
He is survived by three sons, Glenn (Bonnie) Griggers of Wisconsin, Michael (Jody) Griggers of Michigan and David (Sharise) Griggers of Foley; two daughters, Charlotte Griffin of Loxley and Sharon Griggers of Biloxi, Miss.; two brothers, Charles “Buck” Griggers of Alabama and Tom “Shug” Griggers of Michigan; daughter-in-law, Lynda Peer of Biloxi, Miss.; 17 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Mr. Griggers will be Monday, May 6, 2013, from 10 a.m. until noon, from the Victory Missionary Church on Highway 98 in Foley. The family will have a private service with interment in Wynn Cemetery in Summerdale.
