Albert Ronnie Rieben, 66, of Crossroads died May 6, 2012. He was a standout athlete, committed educator and loving husband, father and grandfather.
For over thirty years he served his community by molding the lives of students that passed through local schools. Mr. Rieben is survived by his mother, Ella Mae; brother, Johnnie; wife, Carol; son, Will (Tanaya); son, Eli (Jaclyn); and three granddaughters, Ella Grace, Annie Weslyn, and Emry Rose.
A visitation is scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday, May 12, at Durant Chapel Baptist Church, 9551 County Road 138, Bay Minette. Immediately following will be a memorial service, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in Ronnie’s name to the Georgetown University Hospital, Movement Disorders Clinic. Exact mailing address will be provided at the visitation and memorial service.
