GULF SHORES, Ala. — In preparation for the landfall of Tropical Storm Ida, the Alabama Department of Transportation announces the relocation of ALDOT ferry, the Fort Morgan.
Ferry service across Mobile Bay between Dauphin Island and Fort Morgan is unavailable beginning today through Nov. 11.
Ferry service will resume when it is determined safe after the storm passes.
