FOLEY — Alabama Department of Transportation Director John Cooper was guest speaker at the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Lunch Tuesday at Foley Civic Center. He told attendees that projects he considers a priority are the completion of the Foley Beach Expressway connecting Interstates 65 and 10, finding funding for the reconstruction of the Mobile River Bridge and four-laning Alabama Highway 181.
