Alfred Theodore Kellerhouse, age 90, born in Syracuse, New York and a resident of Bay Minette, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013 at his residence.
Mr. Kellerhouse was a retired Staff Sergeant with the United States Army. He is survived by his wife, Alene (Bryars) Kellerhouse, Bay Minette; daughter, Shirley Ann Thomas, Greenville; three grandchildren and six great- grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Harvey officiating. Burial will be held Monday, Jan. 7, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, Miss. Full military honors will be rendered by the U. S. Army Honor Guard. A visitation will be held Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 from 6-9 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home. Although the family will accept flowers, they suggest memorial contributions be made to the Eastwood Baptist Church (Gideon Bible Fund) P. O. Box 535, Bay Minette, Alabama 36507.
