"3">Alice Faye Avery, 66, a native of Florida, a former resident of Zebulon, Ga. and a resident of Daphne, died Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011.
"3">She was preceded in death by her son, Ruston Cooper; and is survived by husband, B.W. “Bill” Avery of Daphne; three sons, Wayne Avery of Griffin, Ga., Brian Avery of Ga. and Allen Cooper of Daphne; four daughters, Pamela Murrill of Mobile, Linda Sparrow and Lynn Riley, both of Griffin, Ga., and Starr Avery of Mamou, La.; 21 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
"3">A memorial service will be held at a later date in Zebulon, Ga. at Moody Funeral Home.
