BAY MINETTE, Ala. — Authorities believe a Daphne man repeatedly entered a neighbor’s Lakeview Loop residence between June and August, took guns and jewelry totaling more than $8,000 and received cash for the items at a Daphne pawn shop.

Charles Labarron Rudolph, 20, was indicted Dec. 28 on third-degree burglary and theft of property charges. He remains jailed on no bail, and faces unrelated, additional charges of release order violations and first-degree robbery, according to Baldwin County Corrections Center online records.

Rudolph allegedly took two handguns and several items of jewelry valued at $8,250 during the three-month period, according to a warrant filed in Baldwin County District Court.

Rudolph later pawned the jewelry for $160, court records state.

He was arrested Oct. 11. Arraignment is scheduled Feb. 18 at the Baldwin County Courthouse in Bay Minette.
