Mr. and Mrs. Andy Anderson of Dover, Tenn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Anne Anderson, and Jonathan Gregory Barrow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Barrow of Dover, Tenn.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jim and Dorothy Anderson and Barbara Riemer and the late Billy Riemer of Foley.
She is a 2002 graduate of Stewart County High School and graduated cum laude, with a B.S. in elementary education, from Murray State University in 2006. She is employed by Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, teaching third grade and pursuing a masters degree in reading and literacy.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Donnie and Rosa Smith of Indian Mound of Dover, Tenn., the late Franklin Barrow.
He is a 2000 graduate of Stewart County High School and graduated from Volunteer State College with a degree as an emergency medical technician in 2004. He is employed by Stewart County and Montgomery County Emergency Medical Services.
The couple will exchange vows Oct. 9, 2007 at the Sandals Grande Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
