Anne Ruth Gardner Philpot, 65, born in Montgomery and a resident of Bay Minette, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2014 at Oakwood Nursing Home.
She was a secretary for the Butler County Circuit judge.
She is survived by her son, Joseph W. Jones of Bay Minette; her siblings, Winston Woodrow Gardner Jr. of Orlando, Fla., Betty Gardner Gonzalez of Titusville, Fla. and Bud Gardner of Orlando, Fla.; and two grandsons, Cooper Jones and Tanner Jones, both of Bay Minette.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014, at 10 a.m., at Bay Minette Cemetery, with the Rev. Dusty Coleman officiating.
