Annie Hampton Douglass, 94, of Summerdale, passed away May 13, 2014.
She is survived by two daughters, Ruth (Ron) Phinney of Summerdale and Mary (Nathan) Rollins of Panama City, Fla.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service for Mrs. Douglass will be held Saturday, May 17, 2014, at 1 p.m., from Jubilee Shores United Methodist Church in Fairhope.
