GULF SHORES, Ala. — The 23rd annual Christmas Boat Parade, “Nautical Night of Lights” produced by the Alabama Gulf Coast Area Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Dec. 13.
The “Nautical Night of Lights” transforms regular vessels into floating displays of holiday merriment and brings Christmas to the beach.
This annual holiday event brings delight to the many spectators who view the parade from various points along the route throughout Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
The parade will initiate its cruise at 5:30 p.m. from LuLu’s at Homeport Marina in Gulf Shores and will end at Zeke’s Marina in Orange Beach at approximately 8:30 p.m.
To enter a boat in the parade, please contact Megan Smith at the Alabama Gulf Coast Area Chamber of Commerce at 968-7220.
Registration is $25 per boat and prizes will be awarded!
Each boat will be judged on a combination of creativity, lighting, theme, music and crew attire. Deadline to enter is Dec. 1.
The Alabama Gulf Coast Area Chamber of Commerce is a member supported non-profit organization, founded in 1981 and serving Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Fort Morgan areas.
