DAPHNE, Ala.—The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Arbors By The Bay — 27642 U.S. Highway 98, Daphne — with a ribbon-cutting.

Arbors By The Bay is Daphne's newest apartment community offering luxury living at affordable prices. The apartment homes feature wood-veneer flooring in living areas, carpeted bedrooms, an oversized laundry room with additional storage, a fitness center with cardio theater, free Wi-Fi at pool and clubhouse and a community playground.
