ORANGE BEACH, Ala. — Realty Executives Gulf Coast said in a press release Friday night that agent Melissa White represented Baton Rouge investor Art Favre on the cash purchase of The Wharf.
The purchase included retail and dining space as well as acreage in front of The Wharf off of Canal Road. White has represented Favre in the past on several real estate transactions, according to the company's release.
“Mr. Favre has a home in the area and numerous ties to the community. I am excited about the leadership and business experience he offers to our community. The Wharf is a wonderful asset to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores and with Art at the helm the possibilities are limitless,” White said.
White is a lifelong resident of the Alabama Gulf Coast and has been in real estate since 1978. She started alongside her mother and mentor Mrs. Norene White who owned and operated Baldwin Real Estate.
