FAIRHOPE, Ala. — Find out who will receive this year’s “Art Treasure” volunteer award and help support the arts at the Eastern Shore Art Center’s annual Art Treasures Auction this month.

The silent auction, which runs through the end of July in the center’s Woolley Gallery, consists of a collection of fine arts and crafts donated by local artists and members.

Featured items include original paintings and prints, handcrafted jewelry, silver plated serving pieces and ceramic ware.

The Art Treasures Auction will conclude with final bidding and the presentation of the Art Treasure Award during the Auction Party on July 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. at ESAC, 401 Oak Ave. in Fairhope.

Both the auction and the Auction Party are open to the public.

Tickets to the party are $10 per person at the door and include wine and hors d’oeuvres.

All proceeds will help support ESAC outreach programs and art activities.
