Audie Waters, 91, a native of Burnt Corn, Ala. and a longtime resident of Fairhope, passed away Friday, Feb. 14, 2014.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Margaret Water of Fairhope; sons, Chris (Anne) Waters of Mobile and Jerry Waters of Fairhope; grandchildren, Rebecca and Christopher Sloop of Columbia, S.C.; sister, Annelle (Albert) Padget of Evergreen; brothers-in-law, Virgil (Mary) McClammy of Macon, Ga. and Harold (Irmgard) McClammy of Dallas, Texas; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Olmstead of Montrose and Lillian LaFrancois of Southington, Conn.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends from 1 until service time.
Interment will follow in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
