Michael William Ayres, 59, of Silverhill, died Thursday, March 6, 2008 at home.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include a daughter, Kristina Ayres of Lewisburg, W.Va.; son, William Michael Ayres of White Sulphur Springs, W.Va.; and four grandchildren.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are by Cason Funeral Service, Foley.
