In an unprecedented ruling, Tuesday, Feb. 22, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the vaccine companies in a lawsuit filed by the parents of Hannah Bruesewitz who claims Hannah suffered seizures as an infant after the third dose of a diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccine in 1992. Pfizer Company is the manufacturer of the infant vaccine for DPT which claims there is no connection. The lawsuit also sited the Pfizer company knew of a safer way to produce the vaccine but chooses not to do so.
This means federal law shields vaccine makers from product-liability lawsuits in federal or state courts seeking damages for children’s injuries or death from the side effects of vaccines. This is very upsetting news for parents with young children. The only way parents can be compensated for the negative side effects of vaccines is to go before a special tribunal set up by Congress. But this still does not stop the vaccine companies from more damage and improving their vaccine.
There have been thousands of children affected by the toxins in vaccines but doctors and the vaccine companies claim there are no toxins which are responsible for seizures and sometimes resulting in autism in children.
Lori Mcllwain, board chair of the National Autism Association commented that “This ruling is a crushing blow not only to families struggling to provide care for their vaccine-injured children, but also to the rights of every U.S. citizen. No other industry enjoys such complete protection from liability for harm caused to people injured by their products.”
It was reported through the National Autism Association that the autism disorders were attributed by a mercury-based preservative, thiomersal, as the main cause of autism and this organization is fighting to change this. However, the medical and scientific community claims they have consistently found no link between these vaccines and autism. It is one word against another.
How can any parent trust giving their children the necessary vaccines as infants when they feel there is a chance that this very vaccine given to save their child from disease will in fact hurt their child? How can we trust the manufacturers of the vaccine to have the best immunization possible when they are not held accountable for their mistakes? It is a very precarious situation.
Any company in business is held accountable for any and all mistakes made through consumer use and must improve their product. How is it possible that the life of a child is not held in the highest regard when parents report the incidence of seizures the day after the vaccine is administered? These occurrences are too much of a coincidence.
Manufactures of these vaccines have the most scientific and technological advancements available to them and still, there are children being given vaccines with toxic metals. What incentive do they have to improve their product if they are not held accountable for their mistakes? It is a lose-lose situation and let us hope your children are not affected by these vaccines.
