ROBERTSDALE, Alabama -- The Baldwin County Association of Realtors installed officers and directors for 2013 at its meeting held Thursday, Dec. 13 at the BCAR office in Robertsdale.

Julie Minto, treasurer of the Alabama Association of Realtors, performed the installation. Officers for 2013 are: Ginny Stopa, president; Jeff McLaurin, immediate past president; Mike Stward, vice president; Morgan Ashurst, secretary/treasurer; Patrick Daily, Southern Region vice president; Bo Nichols, Central Region vice president; Kathy Bryars and Joe Webb, Central Region local directors; Frank Malone and Amy Stehmeyer, Southern Region local directors; and State Directors Jeff McLaurin, Sharon Wright, Jay Jennings, Marie Kinsaul, Leonard Kaiser, Linda Brokaw, Kathy Stastka, Mike Steward, Mary Jane Owen and Ginny Stopa.

Also at Thursday's meeting, the BCAR Affiliate Council presented a pair of donations from the group's gumbo cook-off held earlier this year.

Brandon Simpson, who coordinated the event, presented a $250 check to Randy Witherington with the Living for a Dream Foundation, while Judy Smith with the Affiliate Council accepted a $500 check for the American Cancer Society.

The Association also recognized past presidents, dating back to 1960. Among those present were: Dorothy Yeager, Steve McMillan, Mike Ford, Starke Irvine, Lee Masterson Duffill, Sheila Hodges, Leonard A. Kaiser, Carolyn Doughty, Sharon Rushing Wright, Sylvia Stewart, Pete Vakakes, Claudene Nichols, Rance Reehl and Spence Monroe.
