BAY MINETTE, Alabama — The Baldwin County Commission agreed Feb. 22 to appoint the following to the Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustments: 1 Re-appoint James Hanson Hardy (Planning District 31 Designee) as a regular member for a three-year term, from Jan. 2, 2012, to Jan. 2, 2015. 1 Re-appoint  Gerald W. Whitworth (Planning District 12 Designee) as a regular member for a three-year term, from Jan. 2, 2012, to Jan. 2, 2015. 1 Re-appoint Daniel Ray Middleton Jr. (Planning District 12 Designee) as an alternate member (for Gerald W. Whitworth) for a three-year term, from Jan. 2, 2012, to Jan. 2, 2015.
