BAY MINETTE, Ala. — Marianne Eddins and John Stetzinger, chairmen of the Baldwin County Democratic and Republican executive committees, respectively, took time Tuesday to reflect on the election and the local and national issues that brought more than 50 percent of the county’s eligible voters to the polls.
Both talked about voter anger with the government and how to deal with the economy and unemployment — top priorities for Baldwin County residents and the nation.
In another matter, Baldwin County Probate Judge Tim Russell is poring over telephone books and voting records to track down a sea of candidates written on ballots to determine if they are legitimate people.
