This is a request submitted by Blackwater Land Holdings LLC for site plan approval of a planned residential development. The subject property is currently located in Study Area 4 designated as Rural District (RD) and Conservation District (CD) in the Baldwin County Comprehensive Plan, Horizon 2025. A Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to Special District (SD) is also proposed. The subject property is located south of State Highway 90 and to the north of the Lillian Swamp on the Perdido River in Planning District 22.

Case No. S-10006 Lillian Catholic Church – setback clarification.

Disclosure of Prior Outside Communication pursuant to Article VI, Section 15(b), Planning Commission bylaws.

Clarify the setback approval from June 3, 2010. The subject property is located on the south side (34290) of U.S. Highway 98, between Saint Frances Street South and Santa Piedro Street in the Lillian community. Attachments included within the report.
