Mr. and Mrs. James Ballard of Atmore announce the engagement of their daughter, Tomese Ballard to Anthony Harvell of Atmore, the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Harvell of Cleveland.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Escambia County High School, Atmore and will graduate from Reid State Tech College of Cosmetology in May of 2010.
She is the owner of Tomese Styles Beauty Supply in Atmore.
He is a 1989 graduate of Escambia County High School, Atmore.
He works in retail sales.
The couple will exchange vows at 5 p.m. March 6, 2010 at the First Baptist Church of Atmore.
