Barbara Anne McSpadden Salyers,80, of Bay Minette, formerly of Gardendale, joined her Heavenly Father on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012 surrounded by her beloved family.
She was preceded in death, by 22 days, her husband of 59 years, Dorris Lee Salyers and by her parents, Albert and Mary McSpadden; sister, Doris Vaughan; and brother, Douglas McSpadden.
Left behind to cherish her precious memories are her children, Jan (Jimmy) Orr, Terri Hendrickson and Mike (Deanna) Salyers, all of Bay Minette, and Dawn (Andy) Miller of Donalsonville, Ga.; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter; sisters, Norma Chambers, Katye Hefner, Jean Honeycutt and Marion Parker; brother, Howard McSpadden and many other relatives and friends.
