Barbara Price Haas, age 82, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016.
Mrs. Haas was a member of Fairhope United Methodist Church; she was the wife of the late Rev. William Melvin Haas Jr., United Methodist minister.
Mrs. Haas assisted in the operation of Price Furniture Co. for many years. She was active on the committee of the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival.
She is survived by her daughter, Pam Haas of Between, Georgia; sons, Hap Haas of Atlanta, Georgia and Mel Haas of Macon, Georgia; five grandchildren, Mary Beth Williams of Waynesville, North Carolina, Caroline Haas of Atlanta, Georgia, Allie Sanford of Atlanta, Georgia, Joanna Sanford of Richmond, Virginia and Sarah Haas of Atlanta, Georgia; four great-grandchildren; brother, Donnie Price; many other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, May 15, 2016 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 16, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Fairhope United Methodist Church.
Graveside services will follow at 3 p.m. at Pine Crest Cemetery, Mobile.
