Donna Frances Barfield, 69, a native of Wisconsin and a former long time resident of La Mesa, Calif. a resident of Daphne, died Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at a local hospital.
She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church and Altar Guild. She was also a member of the Red Hat society.
She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband Ernest L. "John" Barfield of Daphne; son, Steve (Jacqueline) Barfield of Daphne; sister, Judith Baluch of Murrietta, Calif.; and two granddaughters, Amanda and Jessica Barfield of Daphne.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.;m. Wednesday, May 7 at St. James Episcopal Church in Fairhope.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Fairhope.
