Barry Francis Lawton Sr., 83, of Foley, passed away Nov. 20, 2014.
He was preceded in death by a son, Gary F. Lawton.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy E. Lawton of Foley; two sons, Barry F. Lawton Jr. of Daphne and Tim J. Lawton of Graniteville, S.C.; a brother, John Lawton Jr. of Connecticut; a sister, Ann Kiniry of Connecticut; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place Friday, Dec. 5, 2015, at 10 a.m., at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church in Foley.
The family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, Parkinson’s disease research, or the charity of their choice.
