Donald W. “Don” Bass Sr., 55, a native of Robertsdale and a resident of Elberta, died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008.
He was employed by Professional Automotive in Lillian.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Sue Bass of Elberta; daughter, Julie Farrow of Elberta; son, Donald W. Bass Jr. of Elberta; seven sisters, Linda Letto, Mary Dennison and Wanda Everette, all of Atmore, Mae Wallace of Rosinton, Peggy Sunday and Ellen Taylor, both of Walnut Hill and Janice Owens of Loxley; two brothers, William Larry Bass of Spanish Fort and Davey Bass of Silverhill; and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Nov. 6 at the Berean Independent Baptist Church in Elberta with the Rev. Milton Evans officiating. Burial followed at Elberta Public Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Joe Lang, Jason Wilson, Doug Wilson, Sidney Wallace, William Sunday and Michael Lucas.
Arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
