ORANGE BEACH, Ala. – Bob Baumhower, the former star football player for the University of Alabama and the Miami Dolphins will be conducting job fairs to staff his two new restaurants at The Wharf in Orange Beach.

Every Saturday beginning April 7 applicants can come by the former location of the Guy Harvey Grill to apply for more than 200 slots Aloha Hospitality, Baumhower’s company hopes to fill.

At the old Guy Harvey location he will open a Compleat Angler Seafood Grille and Bar sometime this month. Baumbower is also planning on opening a Baumhower’s Restaurant sometime in May in the former Live Bait location just down the street.

Times for the fairs are from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and applicants can enter a drawing to win a pair of tickets to the Iron Bowl in Tuscaloosa in November.
