DAPHNE, Ala. — Put June 19 on your calendar for the “Freeing The Creative Spirit” workshop with Provie Musso, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Bay Rivers Art Guild. Join Musso for a day of “making things.”

She will help you explore collage, painting, assemblage and more, all in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

This is a time for budding and experienced artists alike to free up and s t r e t c h the talents.

All supplies are included. Member’s cost is $100 and members-to-be pay just $130, and that includes a membership.

How about open studio on either a Tuesday or Wednesday, from 4 until 8 p.m.-ish to get out of the house to paint, enjoy some fellowship and, why not, food?

1 to 4 p.m., “Pet Portraits” in acrylics with Myra Knight, beginners and up.

1 to 4 .m., “Awash in Watercolor” with Virginia Dekle, on-going weekly class for all skill levels. Pay when you come, $10 members and $12 members-to-be.

9 a.m. to noon, “Classic Basic Drawing” with Barbara Thomas for all skill levels.

1 to 4 p.m., “Gusto in Oil/Acrylic” with Benita McNider, intermediate & up.

Wednesdays:

9 a.m. to noon, “Seeing & Painting in Full Color” with Arlynn del Greco, intermediate and above.

1 to 4 p.m., “Mastering The Art of Oil” with Ted Burn, intermediate and advanced.

Thursdays:

9 a.m. to noon, “Stretch Your Creativity with Acrylics” with Carole Hagerman, for all skill levels.

1 to 4 p.m., “Expressive Colored Pencils” with Nancy Wininger, beginners and up.
