DAPHNE, Ala. — Bayside Academy rising junior Charlotte Gill was accepted into the FBI National Academy Associates Youth Leadership Program, where she is representing the state of Alabama in an eight-day leadership program this summer.
Charlotte joined 50 (one from each state) other rising sophomores and juniors at Quantico, Va., the official FBI training center, and in Washington, June 24-July 1.
The FBI National Academy Associates, Incorporated — FBINAA, Inc. — is an organization comprised of law enforcement professionals who are graduates of the FBI National Academy, Quantico, Va.
Participants in the Youth Leadership Program have demonstrated above-average academic standards, as well as good citizenship.
Each FBINAA state chapter and international chapter selects its primary candidate to attend the FBI NAA’s program from its applicant pool.
Charlotte is an honor-roll student and a member of Bayside’s varsity cross country and track teams. She is the daughter of Kathie and Nick Gill of Fairhope.
