FAIRHOPE — The Baldwin County Music Teachers Association is an organization whose mission is promote the study and performance of music in Baldwin County. The association meets often during the school to create and maintain an organized center for the advancement of musical knowledge and education among the music teachers of Baldwin County. During the meetings we share ideas, plan recitals, competitions and events through which students can participate to gain performance experience.
There are over 300 students who are actively receiving private music instruction from the Baldwin County Music Teachers Association. Only those studying from a member of the BCMTA teacher are able to participate in the activities planned by the association. Anyone who are actively providing private music instruction are encouraged to join the BCMTA who assists new members to become actively involved and become better instructors.
