Charles Bernard Beaulieu, 69, of Foley, died Sunday, Jan. 18, 2009.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.
Survivors include his wife, Carole Beaulieu of Foley; daughter, Janet (Ralph) Ellis of Jacksonville, Fla.; three sons, Paul (Trisha) Beaulieu of Marrimick, N.H., Marc (Liz) Beaulieu of Fremont, N.H., and Matt (Toni) Therrien of Bristol, N.H.; and numerous grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 22 at the First Prebyterian Church of Foley.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society or the Team Alabama Transplant Games.
Cremation arrangements are by Cason Funeral Service, Foley.
