Vannie Bell Jr., born March 5, 1947, a resident of Fairhope, died Monday, Jan. 7, 2007.
He was the second child of Vannie Bell Sr. and Irma Autry Bell, both who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles A. Bell.
Survivors include a devoted wife, Louretha Dortch Bell; two sons, Marcus Bell and Terrance Dortch, both of Fairhope; two sisters, Mary Houlsen, and Hazel (Percy) Dale, both of Fairhope; two brothers, Michael (Felicia) Bell and Nicholas Bell, both of Fairhope; devoted mother and father-in-Law, Rev. Alexander and Odell Dortch; devoted aunt, Emma Wiley of Prichard; three sisters-in-law, five brothers-in-law, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12 at Twin Beech Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Fairhope.
