Charlie and Annette Bell of Bay Minette announce the engagement of their daughter, Marissa Bell to Marcello Palmer. The wedding is planned for 4 p.m. on Sept. 19 at the Bay Minette Civic Center.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Baldwin County High School. She is employed by North Baldwin Infirmary.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Thomas and Elaine Palmer of Bay Minette. He graduated from Baldwin County High School in 2005. He is employed by Ace Hardware Retail Support Center.
