Benefit fundraiser for Cali Hess to be held Saturday in Robertsdale

ROBERTSDALE, Ala. — A benefit fundraiser for Cali Hess will be held from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 9 at the intersection of Highway 104 and Highway 59 in Robertsdale.

The 12-year-old daughter of Mike and Doddy Hess has been diagnosed with Chiari Malformation of the brain. She is scheduled for surgery on May 26 at USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital in Mobile with pediatric neurosurgeon Dr. Martino.

This fundraiser is intended to help pay medical bills and cover other expenses.

Volunteers are needed to collect money at the intersection on Saturday. If you are interested in helping out, please call Martha Dyess at 251-964-6747.
