Bert L. Daniels, 87, a resident of Robertsdale, passed away June 17, 2013 at William F. Green State Veterans Home in Bay Minette.
Mr. Daniels was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Juanita Daniels.
Survivors include two sons, Donald L. Daniels (Deborah) and Calvin E. Daniels; four grandsons, Damon L. Daniels (Brandy), Derek L. Daniels, Eric Daniels and Jacob Daniels; two great-grandchildren, Braxton and Dalton Daniels; a sister, Bernice Lindsey; and several nieces and nephews.
He was a longtime member of Bethel Baptist Church and past Worshipful Master of Toulmin Lodge, Mobile.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 20, 2013, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., at Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home in Greenville, Ala., as well as Friday, June 21, 2013, from 1-2 p.m., at Bethel Baptist Church in Robertsdale.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 21, 2013, at 2 p.m., at Bethel Baptist Church in Robertsdale, with the Rev. James Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
