Bertha Hadley Parnell, age 65, a resident of Fairhope, Ala., passed away Friday, Aug. 14, 2015.
Mrs. Parnell was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, two grandchildren, four brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by her husband, Oscar L. Parnell of Fairhope; six children, Tina (Danny) Gibson of Fairhope, Daisy (Raymond) Sowell of Fairhope, Thomas (Lisa) Parnell of Pollard, Stevie (Becky) Parnell of Fairhope, Heather Anderson of Fairhope, Robert E. Anderson of Fairhope; three sisters, Sara Mae Jackson of Bay Minette, Edna Mae Miller of Molino, Fla., Lillie Mae Church of Atmore; one brother, Thomas Earl Hadley of Loxley; 18 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at Wolfe Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, Monday, Aug. 17, 2015, from 5 until 7 p.m.
Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe Bayview Funeral Home, Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015, at 10 a.m.
Interment will follow in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
