Betty Lou Mosley, 70, a resident of Robertsdale, died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014.
Mrs. Mosley was preceded in death by her mother, Odessa Leola Friese; father, Roscoe D. Friese; sister, Gladys Ziglar; and brothers, Donald Joe Friese, Larry Dean Friese and Roscoe Leroy “Buddy” Friese.
She is survived by her children, Sherrie Mosley Majors of Robertsdale, Melissa Leola Mosley of Robertsdale, Daniel Curtis Mosley of Stapleton, Kenneth Wayne Mosley of Loxley and Donald Joe Mosley of Stapleton; grandchildren, Jeffery Mosley, Johnathan Mosley, Wesley Majors, Scarlett Majors, Haley Collier, Michael Collier, Abigail Mosley, Laura Mosley, Brandon Coleman and Cayden R. Mosley; great-grandchildren, Lola Mosley, Brax Mosley and Annalynn Majors; and sisters, Rosetta Totty and June Peak.
Peacefulness of Love: Oh that I had wings of a dove, proudly I would spread them and glide gentle upon the wind. My symbol of peace will be seen and felt by all. For my Lord has chosen me above all birds. Upon his son I did alight. As a symbol of peace. There in the golden sunlight. Oh that I had wings of the dove too glorify The Father and Son above and spread their peace with gentleness of Love.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 12, 2014 at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley.
The visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Silverhill Cemetery.
