Betty Ruth Lawrence, 85, a native of Sandusky, Ala., a former resident of Honolulu, Hawaii and a resident of Gulf Shores, passed away Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015.
In her later years, Ms. Lawrence enjoyed her ladies group in Hawaii and its many activities.
Ms. Lawrence is survived by two daughters, Karen Bexley of Gulf Shores and Betty Carol Minderhout of Hoover; a son, Larry Ratliff of Carrollton, Texas; nine grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
A private memorial will be held at a later time.
