Billie Louise Nelson, 82, passed away Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014 in Fairhope.
She was a resident of Fairhope for eight years, and worked as a social worker for the state of Georgia.
She is survived by her husband, Robert E. Nelson of Fairhope; two daughters, Melanie Richter and Rebecca Anderson; two sons, Britt Nelson and Mark Nelson; four grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
