Billy Trent Thornton Sr. died Monday, Feb. 28, 2011.
Survivors include his father, Trent Thornton of Arizona; five daughters, Tina Thornton of Virginia, Brittany Thornton of California, Elizabeth Thornton and Sarah Thbornton, both of Arkansas, and Nevaeh Thornton of Summerdale; four sons, Billy Thornton Jr. of Arizona, Christopher Meyers and Nicholas Myers, both of Summerdale, and Brian Thornton of Arkansas; three sisters, Kristine Green and Charolette Green, both of Summerdale, and Trena Frison of Arizona; brother, Brian Thornton of Kentucky; and one grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 6 at the home of gary Winterbauer in Gulf Shores.
