Marie Louise Howell Blais, 69, died Sunday, Aug. 3, 2008 in Bay Minette.
She was born Jan. 18, 1939 in Mobile, to Eunice Taylor and Fred Howell.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, George H. Blais Sr. of Bay Minette; three children, George H. (Sharon) Blais Jr. of Bay Minette; Penny (Dan) Ahoe of Ringgold, Ga., Roland E. (Kathleen ) Blais of Daphne; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Norma Howell, Glee (Carlos) Weekley, Dot (Jim) Martin all of Bay Minette; two brothers, Roland (Frances) Howell of Bay Minette and Mike (Donna) Howell of Stockton; aunts, Hazel Strickland, Annette Rider and Orrie Mae Taylor, all of Bay Minette, Beatrice Howell Spence of Mobile and Susie Howell of Perdido; a number of nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Aug. 5 from the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with Chaplain Cindy Still and George H. Blais Jr. officiating. Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette.
