FOLEY, Ala. - Baldwin EMC will hold a Blood Drive from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday at the Summerdale location.

"We came up with a new theme this year for our Spring drive and it's called 'Spring into action,'" Karen Moore, Baldwin EMC vice president of member services and public relations, said. "We're combining it with our diaper drive, so it will be a blood and diaper drive."

The company usually does a blood drive twice a year, Moore said.

"We have one in the fall, usually in November or December," she said. "This will be an ongoing spring drive."

The Summerdale office is located on Alabama 59, and LifeSouth is the blood collection service that will collect the blood, Moore said.
