Christopher Eugene Boyington, 44, a native of Bay Minette and a resident of Stapleton, died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2007 at U.S.A. Medical Center.
He was a pipe welder with Performance Construction and avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his son Bradley Eugene Boyington and Steaven Blakely Boyington.
Survivors include two sons, Christopher Michael Boyington of Spanish Fort and Steaven Blake Boyington of Stapleton; his mother, Ruby Mae Chessher of Robertsdale; his father and step-mother, Steve and Lynda Boyington of Stapleton; sister, Valarie Lynn (Freddie) Sanders of Mobile; three brothers, Sherwood Taylor Boyington of Bay Minette, Thomas Anthony Boyington and Mark Samuel Chessher, both of Robertsdale; granddaughter, Caitlin Rose Boyington, Spanish Fort; a loving niece, Megan Lynn Montgomery of Mobile; aunts, uncles and other relatives.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Oct. 3 from the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with the Rev. Alan Lawhorn, the Rev. Gerald Rider and the Rev. Elder George E. Mosley officiating. Burial followed at John Cemetery in White House Fork.
Active pallbearers were, Neil Brown, David Robinson, Gregory Cooner, Timmy Williams, Tiger Brock, Blake Boyington and Russell Wiggins.
Arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette.
