KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Drs. Thomas James and Kimber Le Bradbury of Knoxville, Tenn. announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Kristin Lee Bradbury, to Dr. Sean Patrick Salter, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Thomas Salter of Foley. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. James Thomas Bradbury and the late Mary Louise Bradbury of Knoxville and Mr. Charles Lee Johnson and the late Bobby Hurley Johnson of Alexandria, La. Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and earned a doctorate of medicine from the Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, Tenn. She is a resident physician in obstetrics and gynecology at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ghale Thomas Salter of Marlow, and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Patrick Lindsley of Foley. Sean earned his bachelor's, master's, and doctor of philosophy degrees from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He is an associate professor of finance at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro. The wedding will be October 29, 2011 at Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church in Chattanooga, Tenn.
