DAPHNE, Ala. — Bay Rivers Art Guild of Daphne wrapped up the last week of its children’s summer art camp last week. The 2008 summer program tripled in enrollment since it began three years ago. Along with hosting the morning and afternoon classes for ages 3-12, BRAG also has the privilege of being current home to Springhill Medical Center’s “Eastern Shore: Color By Kids” exhibit. At right, Cathy Barnette, BRAG board member, enjoyed a recent visit to admire the inspirational  display of art, along with viewing a class of 10-year-olds creating wildlife art. The Color by Kids Exhibit will remain at BRAG until Aug. 4. BRAG is open Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., and Friday from 10-3. Current and past exhibits are available for viewing at www.bragart.org.
